A little about me - Landlord / Software Engineer / PropTech tinkerer
Hey everyone
I’ve been a part-time landlord and small investor for a few years now — started with a duplex, then a couple of single-family rentals in [your market or city].
My background is actually in software development (React + Node + Supabase stack). I’ve always loved automating boring stuff, and property management gives you plenty of that 😅
One thing that constantly frustrated me was writing and formatting listings for different platforms — Zillow, MLS, Facebook, Craigslist. It felt like the same copy-paste exercise every time.
So, as a side project, I built a free tool that:

Lets you upload a few photos (phone pics work fine)

Uses AI to enhance lighting + sharpness

Auto-writes a professional listing description

Exports to multiple formats (Zillow XML, MLS JSON, printable flyer, CSV)
No signup or paywall — I originally made it just to speed up my own process, but I’ve been sharing it around to see if other landlords find it useful too.

I’m not trying to sell anything — just building tools that make my own landlord life easier, and hoping to learn what others do better.
