Hey all!  Thank you for reading!  I am hoping to offload my rental property asap.  516 E Cache La Poudre St. in Colorado Springs.  I have it listed again (after the last tenants moved out).  THEY WERE AMAZING tenants but I am not in a space to be a landlord again.  It's not my favorite, lol.  I'd rather do commercial.  I am hoping to sell to another investor.  This property is awesome and zoned special - my original idea was to build another unit on the property but my business plans took a different direction.  Please let me know if you are seriously interested.  Thanks so much!
