I have an 8 plex that needs some renovation in a prime location.
I am specifically looking for a bridge loan until reno is completed and a DSCR after completion. If this is something you, or someone you know can do, please let me know.

Maybe some info? Like the address? How much you're looking for? etc? I've done a lot of loans for multi in Houston. My main (really only) criteria is to make sure the property is worth more to me than the amount I'm lending. If/when that's the case, I view it as a risk free loan.

Thanks but I'd suggest just being open and explain what's need on the original post as if someone is interested, they might reach out. But if they have to work to pull the info out of you they may just think 'eh, not going to bother'.
I see posts like this and they always seem so vague and secretive.
