Looking for Long Term Investor in Duplex
Hello there I’m in Carroll County Maryland. I already own and have paid off a duplex 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on each side (4 floors total including basement). To put it simply I’m looking for an investor to pay for labour in exchange for long term passive income through a rental income fixed percentage. Each side could rent for 2-2.5K easy once the project is completed. All money invested would be guaranteed through renters and if not equity can be offered of course let’s talk.
Septic is good with drain field and so is well water, roof + foundation also sound. I have all materials excluding drywall (it would mould).
Materials onsite include: all wire (all amperages), panel boxes, breakers, meter cans, gang boxes, fixtures, all lumber 100+ 2x4 & 2x6 , tyvek rolls, shower pans, tile, windows, kitchen cabinets/counters, appliances, all pipe both PVC and CPVC, all fittings, sinks, faucets, toilets, plywood & sub flooring glue, Vinyl Flooring and siding, trim, insulation, etc.
I own all houses (no mortgage, own outright) on both sides of this house and then some no worry from neighbours. I also have 100+ acres in the area. I always pay the taxes and have my own property management company. I’ve personally fixed up the 3 houses in the nearby area but would like this project done ASAP with outside help
