I was really sad about Azibo going away this year, and thought of building a replacement, but even better. Keeping the modern, clean UI with no fees and no hassle.

Looking to introduce more features to make it an all-in-one landlord suite as well (taking suggestions too!).

Is this something landlords would be interested in? Just looking for a "yes" reply in thread.
