I perfer to shadow a REI
Im venturing into the Florida and Texas market. I have found a 1 acre property w 2 structures out fitted for co-living rooms with a bath in each, two units for each structure, in Texas. and a potential multifamily in Northern Florida off the coast.
I would love to structure myself, but im not quite set as i need. Please looking for a opportunist who is willing to mentor me as a partner in these ventures.
