Bird dog in Chicago

I’m a bird-dog in Chicago. I find distressed/off-market properties. Looking for 3–5 cash buyers to send leads to. What are your criteria + referral fee? Serious investors only.

@Jamarr Carter - where are you bird dogging properties in Chicago - it's a massive market?

Connect with my guy @Julio Aguirre I know he is buying properties in the south suburbs!
I am looking at properties in near sw suburbs (Lyons, Brookfield, LaGrange, Riverside).
