Offer accepted on a property in Harris County, I'm getting investment property options:

30 year conventional

Better: 7.125% (with 0.739 points)

Chase: 8.125% (unsure points - assume 0)

Anyone have lender recs?

If you'd like to look at some other possible options feel free to reach out. Every deal is a bit different, but depending on price and scenario there are other ways to structure it to lower the rate and/or costs sometimes.
