Hey guys, I am looking for a JV equity partner will get 50% ownership. on a Flip in Atlanta, GA. Will need to fund the down payment to the lender plus closing costs, Capital for 1st draw and 12-14 months of Interest payment to the lender. Property details:

Reno budget: 560k-600k including contingencies
