    Have you tried networking locally? REIA groups?

      I haven't yet. I wanted to see through BP if anyone knew a broker doing meaningful STR business.

    I'm not a local AZ broker, but I work on the capital side with STR investors and often help buyers sanity-check deal structure, financing options, and local constraints before they get too deep.
