Hi all — I’m looking for recommendations for a reliable contractor to renovate a 3rd-floor, 2-bedroom apartment in New Britain, CT. Scope is a straightforward refresh: demo (kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathroom), new kitchen cabinets and floors, paint touch-ups, and possibly some light sheetrock work. No plumbing or layout changes.

If you’ve worked with someone you trust, I’d appreciate any referrals. Thanks in advance!
