Hi BP Community, am having trouble getting a good rate and terms to stay in y budget, am reaching out here to find a private lender to fund my deal.
I have in Escrow a Parcel that has two different addresses. 1500 hurrle ave is a triplex , 338 Norris rd is a small small store. purchase is 490,000. i have 100,000 Down payment. any one that can help or suggest would be greatly appreciated. this parcel is so old that records don't have zoning for. just permits pulled to build the triplex.
Congrats on the parcel you have in escrow. One thing I would want to know with regards to the zoning.
If the records are so old then you should definitely meet with the zoning department and have them take a look at the parcel to establish the current zoning for that parcel.
You don't want to find out when it's too late that the zoning has changed.
