    Hey Jon I’m in the Indy area and I work with a lot of out of state owners on long term rentals and deal analysis. Beech Grove moves pretty quick when pricing and tenant status are handled right. Are you looking to sell with the tenant in place or deliver it vacant, and what lease terms are they on right now?
