Section 8 in Baltimore is great for landlords. The government guarantees you rent for all of the renters who have Section 8 vouchers. This means you can stop chasing down deadbeat tenants for rent that they'll never pay you. This means you can stop doing countless evictions for missed rent payments. However, this doesn't mean you can stop doing professional tenant screening.
