Ever thought about investing in Croatia? 🇭🇷

Here’s what I’ve learned about rental opportunities for foreign buyers:

  • Short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking.com) require a tourist permit, guest registration, and income reporting. Great for high summer income but more legal steps.

  • Long-term rentals (30+ days) don’t need a permit, have flat 10% tax, and give steady year-round income. Many investors are choosing this route to maximize returns while bypassing new property tax rules.

  • Hybrid strategies work too — short-term in summer, long-term in winter.

Croatia’s Adriatic coast offers affordable properties compared to U.S. prices, strong rental demand, and a lifestyle most people only dream of.

If you’re curious about how to invest safely and navigate the permits, taxes, and rental strategies, send me a message — I can share tips and real listings to get you started.
