I'm Nitin, founder of Mason. We've built an AI platform that handles maintenance orchestration for property managers - talking to tenants, dispatching vendors, troubleshooting issues at 2am when the hot water goes out.

We closed our first $100k in ARR last quarter the old fashioned way: showing up. Our first customer came from a cold call, a 3-hour drive to meet her for lunch, and a handshake deal in a 90s-era conference room.

Now I'm looking for someone to help us do more of that. The role is filling our calendar with meetings, dinners, and friendly faces at the 24+ events we're doing this year. You'll spend most of your time cold calling and building relationships with property managers across the country.

This is a dream job for someone who wants a crash course in company building. No sales background required - just persistence, curiosity, and the willingness to pick up the phone. I'd love to work with someone who comes from real estate!

We're SF-based and we work in-person out of a nice Embarcadero office. Remote is not an option!
