Capital Partner Seeking Fix & Flip / BRRR Operators for Equity Partnership
I am looking to expand my real estate portfolio as a passive equity partner. Preferably in the Philly area (suburbs, NJ, and DE are ok too).
I am not looking to manage day-to-day renovations or tenants; instead, I am looking to provide capital to fuel the growth of an operator.
What I am looking for:
Active Partners: Experienced flippers or BRRR operators with a proven track record
The Role: You find the deal, manage the rehab, and handle the disposition/refinance. I provide the equity/capital to close the gap.
My Ideal Partner:
Has completed at least 3-5 successful projects.
Has a reliable crew and systems in place.
Prioritizes transparency and consistent communication.
