I have a great property in Yulee (3/2, 2600+sqft, 5+ acres, 15 mins from the beach, hospitals, shopping, airport, and great schools) that I need to figure out what to do with. It appraised and was listed at 655k in August but has been sitting in the market since, i've come down to 619k which is approaching my bottom line. I've got a potential buyer interested in a lease option coming from out of state within the next 2 weeks. In the event the deal falls through, I'm looking for someone to partner with to turn it into a STR or MTR.
