Looking for experienced self-storage investor
I'm brand new to the self-storage world and I'm looking for someone to show me the ropes. I have a marketing business and feel pretty confident I can source off market deals but once I do, I have no clue what to do. On top of that, I just found I'm going to be a dad.
I was looking into $0 down seller financing strategies and one snag I'm running into is due diligence costs, legal fees and closing costs. I hope it's not too bold of me to ask but if I brought someone a deal and did the front end negotiations, would you be willing to handle the costs while mentoring me for a 60/40 split in your favor?
Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.
