New BP Member Here! Seeking licensed professionals on flexible fee arrangement.
Hey everyone, I'm Daryl. I live and work in Nashville, TN. I have years of on and off real estate wholesaling and investing education, free and paid, as well as educating myself about business in general. Still seeking to close first deal. I'm interested in networking, learning more but taking action now, and finding licensed professionals who will work on flexible, but realistic and honest, fee arrangements. Mainly looking for a real estate and corporate/business attorney, all one individual or a firm with those types of attorneys in it, on a real estate closing anticipation fee agreement, as I have heard the concept called, or at least some other type of flexible payment arrangement that will give me breathing room to get my documents vetted, including creative financing documents among others, and have time to complete first successfully closed deal and then pay the attorney(s). I also could really use assistance with corporate formal records too, as this would allow me to move faster, rather than doing it DIY, as we have been doing, using AI, such as ChatGPT, etc., to word the formal corporate records professionally and business-like. This makes it easier and faster, but we could still use a licensed legal professional in our corner to give us a jumpstart. We prefer them to be in Nashville, but are okay with any attorney in Tennessee or licensed for Tennessee that fits what we need. We are currently pre-business commencement, but soon will begin business, as soon as corporate formal records are caught up and then certain documents are vetted for legality. We already have a wholesaler-friendly buyer agent/Realtor.
