    Go to your local court's website and lookup landlord-tenant docket.

    You may have to pay for access, but worth it!

    Find the attorneys representing landlords most often.

    Contact 2-3 of them to interview which one to hire.

    NOTE: some landlord-tenant attorneys will NOT work with DIY landlords, due to the extra headaches of having to explain everything and payment challenges.
