Real estate investors — if you're buying or refinancing rental properties, we offer DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans designed specifically for investors.

These loans qualify based on property cash flow instead of personal income, making them ideal for investors scaling portfolios.

What we can offer:

• DSCR loans for long-term rentals and short-term rentals

• No personal income verification

• LLC ownership - BPL (Business Purpose Lending)

• Purchase or refinance

• Cash-out options available up to 80% LTV

• Fixed options, IO Options, and more

• Closings nationwide

We work with investors doing:

• BRRRR strategies

• Short-term rentals / Airbnbs

• Long-term rental portfolios

• Fix & rent investors

If you have a deal you’re working on, feel free to reach out and I can run numbers quickly.

Always happy to help investors structure financing.

DSCR has definitely become a big tool for investors who are scaling rental portfolios, especially when traditional banks start slowing things down with income requirements.

I've been seeing more investors combine DSCR with BRRRR or portfolio expansion strategies to keep recycling capital.

I’m always interested in connecting with investors, lenders, and capital partners who are active in deals as well. It’s great seeing how different people are structuring financing as they grow their portfolios.

Yes I work with investors regularly, both on deals and on the financing side. I spend a lot of time looking at how properties perform as assets, not just how they show.

Are you mainly looking to invest yourself as well, or focusing more on the agent side right now?
