Hi everyone, I’m a licensed residential contractor based in Portland, looking to connect with investors working on rehab and flip projects.

My crew and I typically handle  inspection related scopes, drywall, painting, flooring installs, tile installs, trim work, window installs, and more

For investors doing flips in the Portland area and surrounding areas, what trades are usually the hardest for you to find reliable crews for?
