Anyone here with landlord / property management experience?
Curious if anyone here might be interested in a Landlord Advisor-type role.
The position involves working directly with property owners (CA-based), talking through things like leasing, tenant screening, and general compliance questions. It’s a lot of real-world landlord scenarios—not just admin work.
Looking for someone who already has some experience with rentals (property management, leasing, or being a landlord themselves). Doesn’t need to be super advanced, but not completely entry-level either.
