I'm an STR consultant and co-host serving the Baltimore metro and broader Maryland market. I work with property owners who want their short-term rental to perform — not just exist on Airbnb.

My background: 7 years hosting, 237 reviews, 4.78 rating. I've built and managed STR operations from licensing through launch, and I specialize in owners who are out of state or too busy to manage the details themselves.

What I help with: STR licensing and compliance, listing creation and optimization, dynamic pricing strategy, guest communication systems, and ongoing co-host management.

If you have a property sitting underperforming or unlaunched in the Maryland market, let’s talk. BNBCoHost.link
