We are a mobile home park n Burlington, CO, that is seeking a property manager for 24 lots. The homes are owned by the tenants, the manager would only be responsible for the lots themselves. Duties would include collecting rent, enforcing policies, handling evictions, and background checks. There are no local property managers in this area.
