Insurance providers for 6-unit building
Hi,
Can anyone recommend insurance providers for a standalone 6-unit apartment building? Traditional home insurance companies declined to provide coverage saying this is a commercial building. I am having trouble getting timely response from commercial insurance providers. So, I am reaching out to see if anyone has recommendations of providers or agents who would be able to provide coverage for such properties.
