@Cole Yeomans depending on what asset you are looking for we've got a boutique firm in Tampa we work with in that market that can likely assist.  They wouldn't be the best fit for a single family rental or duplex but if you were 5+ units, commercial acquisition, or even ground up development, they would be the guys in the area. They are a small team and can provide a high level of service, they aren't cheap though, just a heads up.  happy to provide contact if interested.

What about the tampa market has you interested?

@Michael K Gallagher hey! Thanks for the insight. My title might have been deceiving. I meant small as in I'm a small investor haha. I live in Tampa locally and would like to look into my first property. I could use some guidance from a local seasoned realtor. Might be obviously, but single family and duplexes are my original goal.

Hey Cole, I’ve been investing in Tampa for 20+ years and I’d say just look for an agent who actually owns rentals or flips themselves, because that’s usually the difference… they understand numbers, rehab, and what makes a deal work, not just what looks good. In this market especially, it’s all about buying right, I always lean toward that high end of the low end stuff where you can build equity first and figure out cash flow after. What kind of investment are you thinking about? I am here to help.
