Looking for local wholesalers and properties
Hi All! I fix and flip houses and I am having a hard time finding profitable inventory at the moment. I am looking in Denham Springs, Walker, The more family friendly parts of Baton Rouge, and in Ascension Parish. I would love to meet and develop relationships with some wholesalers local to me that are good at finding properties that can be rehabilitated and turned for a Profit. I have the ability to do several homes at one time, and would love to build a solid pipeline of opportunities with of you.
