We're a vacant-land wholesaling operation (119 closings, ~$2.8M net) looking for a closer to own deals end to end: work inbound seller leads from our campaigns, lock up the contract, then handle dispo — price it, list on the MLS/Zillow through our realtors, manage buyers, title, and PSA extensions to closing. Assignments and double closes only.

Comp is 10% of net wholesale revenue per deal, paid at closing, uncapped. It's commission-only with a real ramp while the pipeline builds; once it's rolling it's realistically $50k–$90k+. A current or former real estate agent who understands comps, listings, and buyer psychology will do really well here. Remote, US, with strong overlap to US Central hours.
