Truckee Investment Opportunity
I'm looking for a potential partner on a deal in Truckee. This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Townhome in the Sierra Meadows area. Downtown is a five minute walk. Northstar is 6 miles, Palisades is 10 miles, and Lake Tahoe is 12 miles. Great ski or summer rental.
I know the seller and he is willing to do seller financing. I also know the property as I have lived in it and know what it might need in the future. I have property management experience. Investment would be around 60k each with intentions on renting, getting on the short term rental list to Airbnb, and paying down the balance over 3 years with fixed interest.
