Hey everyone, I created a web app called the Wholesale Deal Analyzer. It calculates the 70% rule, tracking assignment fees, closing costs, and estimated profit margins instantly on one screen.

It's currently in the beta phase right now but the base of it is up and running. I'm not selling anything, I just want to see if this actually saves time for people.
