Seeking $10K Short-Term Bridge Financing (45–60 Days) – Active Asset Sale Process
Hello,
I am (C-Corp) seeking a short-term bridge loan of approximately $10,000 for a period of 45–60 days.
I am open to:
- a single lender, or
- splitting across multiple lenders ($2K–$5K tickets are also acceptable)
Purpose of funds
The capital is needed to support a time-sensitive liquidity gap during an ongoing asset sale process.
I am currently in active discussions with multiple potential buyers, including top-tier companies in the investment industry, regarding the acquisition of a proprietary infrastructure asset.
The transaction is in progress and expected to close within ~45–60 days.
The short-term capital is intended to:
- maintain operational continuity during closing
- support the transaction process
- ensure maximum value realization from the sale
Repayment
Repayment will be made in full from:
- proceeds of the asset sale (primary source)
I am offering a repayment structure of up to 2x the borrowed amount, depending on timing and structure of repayment.
Why this structure
I chose to pursue private short-term financing rather than traditional credit channels due to:
- the non-standard nature of the asset being sold (data infrastructure rather than revenue-based operations)
- time constraints tied to the transaction process
- the need for flexible, fast execution capital
Traditional lending channels are not well aligned with this type of transaction structure.
Risk transparency
This is a time-bound bridge financing need tied directly to an ongoing transaction, not a long-term credit request.
The key variable is timing of closing rather than business performance uncertainty.
What I am looking for
- $10,000 total (preferred)
- flexible structure (smaller tickets from multiple lenders also acceptable)
- 45–60 day term
- open to negotiation on return structure and repayment mechanics
If this type of short-term bridge structure is within your scope, I am happy to provide:
- additional transaction context
- any reasonable documentation required for trust alignment
Thank you for your consideration.
