Our Minke Series DSCR Loan program is perfect for your bread-and-butter real estate investor focused

on long-term rentals, whether a first-timer or experienced veteran. Program highlights include the

lowest minimum loan amounts ($50,000) and property values ($75,000) in the market and with no

restrictions on first-time investors, perfect for the investor just getting started. The Minke Series

program is also perfect for savvy syndicators and investing teams in LLCs, with the requirement for

only one 20% owner of a borrowing entity to guarantee a loan and qualification on the highest

credit score of the investor group. Minke Series also allows prepayment penalties in many states

that are otherwise restricted, allowing deals to pencil here for long-time horizon buy-and-holders.
