Pueblo CO, First out of State Flip, Agent / Logistic Recommendations
I’m located in New York, and recently picked up a single family in Pueblo CO through our marketing and decided to purchase. we did our due diligence beforehand sending inspectors / photographers there and have a good grasp of what we want to get done, which is just painting / kitchen work.
The numbers on it work and we’re experienced in local flipping / nationwide wholesaling, just want to get the logistics down on a sale this far from us.
Looking for investor friendly agent recommendations in Pueblo area, really looking for one who can verify contractors work, thinking the actual work shouldn’t take more then 1.5-2 weeks, and keep eye on property throughout sale.
Also open to any other recommendations from people who’ve gone through this experience, we’re at the stage where we own it now, and tenant is vacating at end of this weekend (good terms with them, they sent picture updates and kept it in same shape).
