Looking for Lots in Charlotte, NC

We're interested in building in Charlotte, NC (we currently live here), and it's very hard to find lots in the city.  Any suggestions for finding lots?

Charlotte has definitely become a competitive market for infill lots. In addition to the MLS, I'd keep an eye on local builders, wholesalers, and county surplus or tax sale listings. Sometimes the best opportunities never make it to the public market.
