Hello,

I have recently dove into the real estate management realm and have a small ADU in Albuquerque for rent. I am seeking someone local as a mentor that wouldn't mind helping guide me through the process of finding, signing, and managing a tenant. If there is anyone interested, please DM me. Looking forward to working with those who are interested!

@Matthew Sweeney Congratulations on getting started. I hope you are able to find a local mentor. Another option would be to reach out to a local real estate agent who specializes in leasing. They can help you with marketing the property, showings, screening tenants and preparing the lease, usually for the first month's rent.
