    We pull distressed properties from probate, foreclosure, and code violation records before they hit the MLS focusing on off-market deals in Detroit and a few other Rust Belt markets. The Palmer Woods area has some interesting activity in those channels if you're looking to build a pipeline beyond listed inventory.
