Property turnover and tenant placement services for self managed property

Hi all,

I have a long term rental property in Elgin, SC (suburb of Columbia). Once the current tenant moves out, I am looking for a real estate professional (leasing agent, property manager etc.) to do property turnover and tenant placement. Once a new tenant moves in, I will manage property myself.
