👨‍🏫 DSCR Loan borrowers will typically need to provide the full details of the property you're financing, including:
➡️ Property address (Street address, city, state, zip code)
Property type (e.g. long-term rental, short-term rental, mixed-use)
➡️Number of units and year built
➡️Estimated market value (or purchase price if an acquisition)
➡️Whether it's currently vacant or leased (or if it's an STR, LTR or MTR)
➡️Estimated rental income (based on in-place leases or STR history, or estimated market rent or earnings) or a full “rent roll” of tenants and lease information if a multi-unit property.
