Investor-Friendly Contractor Needed!

Hi all,

I know most aren't in the business of sharing contractors to just anyone, but if anyone out there knows of a dependable, investor friendly contractor in Vista who could take on a ~150K reno, please let me know and I will owe you one! We are local small scale flippers in the SD area, this is just a bit more north than usual :)

    $150K rehab is definitely enough scope where I’d want someone who regularly works with investors, not just a general residential contractor. I’d ask for examples of similar-sized projects and how they handle draws, change orders and timelines before committing.
