If you looked at Lodgify a while back and ruled it out over the old per-booking fee, that's gone now. They restructured to 4 tiers (Basic $14 to Ultimate $62/mo, annual), and every single one is now 0% booking fee. Genuinely a stronger option than it used to be, especially their cheap tiers if you just want channel sync across Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.
