We’re actively looking to acquire performing first-position Commercial and Residential mortgage notes.
Our strongest preference is for portfolios or multiple-note packages rather than individual/single notes, and we are particularly interested in California-based residential notes.
That said, we’re always open to reviewing individual notes when the opportunity is a good fit.
