We're looking for more Memphis-area agents, property managers, wholesalers, owners, and local inventory sources. I work with S8 Acquisition, and our network includes 350+ active real estate investors looking for acquisition opportunities.
Many are focused on rental properties, affordable housing, and Section 8 strategies, making strong local inventory relationships extremely important to us.
Properties can include SFRs, small multifamily, rent-ready rentals, value-add opportunities, off-market deals, wholesale inventory, and portfolios.
How Our Model Is Different
Partners don't pay us per lead for access to our investor clients.
If you have qualifying inventory, our team can work to get it in front of the appropriate investors within our network.
Rather than charging for each investor introduction, we establish an agreeable standard partnership/referral fee that is tied to transactions that actually close.
Put simply:
You bring quality Memphis inventory. We bring investor demand. We get compensated when transactions close.

If you're a PM, there can be another benefit.
When one of your owners wants to sell, you can bring us the opportunity. If an investor in our network purchases the property, we'll often look to keep the property with your company for ongoing management when appropriate.
That creates the possibility of retaining the door while establishing a relationship with a new active investor.
