I’m Jon, based in the Indianapolis area. I’ve been involved in real estate for nearly 10 years, starting out in wholesaling and helping buyers and sellers as a Realtor. I’ve also been on the investing side with flips and rental properties, so I’ve had the opportunity to experience the business from several different angles.
That led me to where I'm at today, which is a Loan Consultant with Longhorn Investments. I help investors with hard money financing for fix & flips, rental/DSCR properties, and new construction projects in Indiana, as well as the other states we lend in. Having been on the investor side myself, I really enjoy being able to understand the deal beyond just the numbers and helping investors get their deals closed.
