One thing I sought to fix was the manual data entry as I browse deals on the MLS, I created an extension that when clicked it will take the data from the mls and allow it to pre fill a deal in the calculator. Let me know if this tool is helpful or hot garbage. 😆
One quick piece of feedback on the MLS auto-fill: pulling historical property taxes straight from the MLS is dangerous for out-of-state investors because it ignores post-sale tax reassessments. Auto-filling that old tax number creates a massive false positive for cash flow.
