I’m looking to connect with more agents, wholesalers, brokers, property managers, and local operators who are actively sourcing investor-friendly properties throughout Cincinnati.
I work with S8 Acquisition, where we have a network of 350+ active real estate investors looking for opportunities, particularly Section 8-suitable and long-term rental properties.
We’re looking for strong local partners who regularly come across single-family rentals, value-add opportunities, off-market deals, and portfolios.

There’s no pay-per-lead cost to work with us. You continue to get paid through your normal business practices when moving your inventory, while S8 receives a standard referral fee on successfully closed transactions.
For property managers, there may also be an opportunity to retain management when one of our investors purchases in your market.
