This is an opportunity to work directly with ownership, contribute beyond day-to-day operations, and help shape how we manage and improve real estate assets.

We're seeking someone who:

• Thinks like an operator, not just an administrator

• Enjoys improving processes and solving complex problems

• Wants their judgment and ideas to have a meaningful impact

Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 plus performance-based incentives.
