I'm looking for contractors to add a deck and a small kitchen to the second floor of my rental property in Naperville downtown. I'm hoping to rent the second floor as a seperate unit with the deck providing its own entrance from the backyard. So nothing fancy but everything should be functional and durable.

Any recommendations for reliable contractors with resonable price for the job?
