Any recommendations or suggestions on what credit unions/banks to approach in Northern VA area?

I am a buy-hold investor currently own 1 property, but I am looking to expand beyond 4 properties. So was shopping for banks who would be willing to do more than 4 loans. I can bring 20% down-payment for each transaction, but would need leveraging for the remaining 80%.

Any recommendations or previous experience with local banks would be helpful.
